Hydrophilic membranes use water-attracting (hydrophilic) materials to actively absorb and transport sweat and moisture vapor from the inside of the garment to the outside. The solid structure of the membrane forms a continuous barrier that effectively blocks external elements like rain and snow, while still allowing internal moisture to escape—ensuring dryness and comfort in all conditions.

Our BD.dry™ 2-Layer is designed for insulated, waterproof garments.
In this construction, the membrane is bonded directly to the outer face fabric, forming a 2-layer system. A separate lining is used to protect the membrane from the inside and provide comfort.

In this construction, the waterproof membrane is bonded directly to the outer face fabric, with a protective raised print applied to the inside of the membrane. This print creates a separation between the membrane and the skin, enhancing comfort and improving overall performance in active conditions.

This construction bonds the waterproof membrane directly to the outer face fabric, while a lightweight, soft inner fabric is laminated to the back of the membrane. This third layer protects the membrane from abrasion, improves durability, and adds next-to-skin comfort, making it ideal for high-output or extended-use environments.
