OUR MOST VALUED EMPLOYEES
After a morning trail run or gym session and before emails and meetings, Black Diamond employees are greeted with tail wags and sloppy kisses on their way to the coffee machine. On an average day at the office, there are a dozen or so dogs milling about the cubicles. For employees, bringing your dog to work is more than an office perk—from barking during sales calls, to wandering the halls at lunch, and training for the perfect crag nap at our desks—the dogs of BD rule the office.
Their unwavering stoke and excitement reminds us of why we make the best outdoor equipment- to be out in the mountains. We have trail dogs, crag dogs, and powder hounds, each pursuing their sport with as much enthusiasm as their owner. They share our cubicles and favorite trails, meeting rooms, and crags. Like the places we climb, ski, and run, the dogs of BD are integral to the process. With unconditional love, our dogs make the best partners out there.
