Our full-coverage, fully taped waterproof/breathable snow bibs feature a dynamic four-way stretch 3L BD.dry™ laminated fabric that keeps you protected during day-in-day-out storm skiing in the backcountry.

A full zip front bib makes these easy to get on and off, while the easily adjustable suspenders are reinforced and built to last. With the same four-way stretch fabric and updated patterning as the Recon Stretch Pant, these bibs are designed to provide ample mobility for active days in the mountains. Zippered chest, thigh, and hand pockets store your phone, lip balm, and other small essentials.

"I have had three versions of the Recon Stretch Bibs since their inception. This model is by far the cleanest with updates to the sizing (which was a big issue), straps, and vertical chest pockets. I am 5’8” and 175 lbs and the medium fit perfectly."

Sizing!

"Third time Recon buyer, first time bibs. I use the Recon Pant now Bib at least 100 days a year all are lift access touring or freeride. They are durable enough for day to day guiding. Acceptable waterproofness and breathability. I am 6' 165lbs. My regular Levis size is 32/34. I like a loose "freeride" fit but not baggy. The large fit perfectly. The medium were too tight in thigh and chest."

The one you need

"They really nailed it with the material on both these recon bibs and jacket. It is durable yet soft and stretchy for a shell. The double pockets on the chest offers a great spot for items that you need to grab easily like a phone wallet or quick snacks. Vents down the side work nice to bleed heat after working hard. Same as the recon jacket the zippers are very smooth and easy to work with ski gloves on. The fit is a great medium, not super baggy and not tight allowing easy movement."

"These are hands down the best pair of shell bibs I've ever worn. I was immediately impressed by the quality of the material, construction, and seams. I recently worn them on a weekend ski tour of Killington, I was extremely pleased with the comfort, durability and wind protection these bibs offer. They are just as effective and comfortable (not to mention stylish) on long tours in the back country as they are on cold windy days in bounds at your favorite ski area."
