"Love my new poles! Comfortable, light weight and they give me the stability I need going downhill plus being able to use my arms they also help with the uphill. The shock absorber you wouldn't really notice unless you are used to a set of poles without it. This feature helps, it minimizes that shock to the arm when you set the pole."
