Rubber Tech Tips offer excellent grip and durability for hiking and trail running on hard surfaces and rocky trails. They are quiet and non-marking, avoiding rock and trail scarring. However, some customers found them to be smaller and harder than desired.

"Rubber tips work well and are great on hard surface s and paved paths. Unfortunately they wear very quickly. Not a majors problem as they weren’t all that expensive to start with. Nevertheless. I would hope the would last longer. Also removing the tips from the poles Tim replacing them with the new ones is not easy and requires a fair amount of force"

"The rubber tips work better than metal on all surfaces, including rock sand and mud. These are now included with new Pursuit poles. Easy to install with pliers."
