"Black Diamond got these right. I love the fit, the color, the pockets, and that the pants are 98% cotton. I bought them in a size 2, and think they fit a little larger than expected, but not to the point of being oversized. I will be buying them in more colors."

But they’re short in the inseam and I couldn’t zip or button them for fear I’d damage them, so I’m sending them back. If you have straight hips and no belly, these could be the pants for you. I was sure size 8 would work. I don’t feel confident that replacing them with the 10 will work either. "I bought these pants in both the size 4 and size 6, kind of unsure what sizing would be like. I'm typically a 27 waist, and I felt that there wasn't much difference between the two sizes. I ended up keeping both sizes. Planning to wear the size 6 with base layers this winter. I love the brown color. I want to wear them everyday! They can be dressed up or worn for work days. I hope they add a golden color, navy, or black to the line up."
