How do I join the loyalty program?
Creating a free Black Diamond account is all it takes! Once you're signed up, you'll start earning points right away.
Can I use points on discounted or sale items?
No, points cannot be used on discounted or sale items.
How can I earn points?
You can earn points by signing up, making purchases, referring friends, leaving a review, and more. Check here for all the ways to earn points.
How do I redeem my points?
There is no extra step for redeeming your points. Log in to your account and see your point balance on your Loyalty page or simply apply your points at checkout.
Is there a minimum number of points I need before I can redeem them?
Yes! You'll need at least 100 points to start redeeming rewards. You can check your balance any time on your Loyalty page.
Can I earn points on sale or discounted items?
Yes! Points are typically based on what you pay after discounts, so discounted purchases still earn. Points cannot be used on discounted or sale items.
Can I earn points on purchases I made before joining?
Unfortunately, points can't be added to orders placed before you joined the program.
Can I use my rewards points in-store?
Not yet! Rewards points are currently only available for use online. We’re working on bringing rewards to Black Diamond stores in 2027, so stay tuned for updates.
Can I earn BD Rewards points for purchases I made before joining the program?
No. Loyalty Points can only be earned on eligible purchases made after you’ve joined the BD Rewards Program. Purchases made before you opt in are not eligible for retroactive points.
Where can I see my points balance?
Log in to your account and your points balance will be right at the top of the page.
Can pros be part of the BD Rewards Program?
Pro program members are not eligible to participate or earn BD Rewards points through the program.
Do my points expire?
Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Any time purchase (with or without points) resets the clock.
Can I use my points alongside a discount code?
No. You cannot combine points with other promotions.
What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
Points earned on a returned order will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed.
I forgot to use my points at checkout. Can I apply them retroactively?
Unfortunately not! Points can only be applied before an order is completed.
