Merci de retourner les articles dans un état neuf, jamais utilisé, avec toutes les étiquettes et l’emballage d’origine. Les frais de livraison initiaux, s’il y en a, ne sont pas remboursables pour les commandes correctement expédiées.

À noter : Black Diamond ne fournit pas d’étiquettes de retour pour les retours ou les échanges, et Black Diamond ne peut pas te rembourser les frais de retour.

Si tu veux une autre taille, couleur ou un autre produit, retourne simplement ton article pour un remboursement et passe une nouvelle commande quand ça t’arrange.

COMMENT FAIRE UN RETOUR

STEP 1
Click the “Start a Return” button above to begin your return through our Loop Returns Portal. You’ll receive a shipping label with a QR code for drop-off—no RA number needed!
STEP 2
Package your gear securely. Place your item(s) back in the original product packaging or your own packaging.
STEP 3
Attach the return label to the outside of your package, or bring your QR code to the designated drop-off location.
STEP 4
Drop off your return using the instructions provided in your Loop return confirmation. Hold onto any tracking info you receive, just in case.
STEP 5
Once your return is scanned in at our distribution center, your refund will be automatically processed—typically within 7–10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note: A small handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
