Runs small, returns are a nightmare

"I sized these according to their chart and couldn't even get one of the gloves onto my hand, it was so small. I have a pair of BD ski gloves that are a little big, so I was really intentional about choosing the right size according to their measurement chart. When I went to exchange the item for a larger size, I was told that there would be a $14. 18 handling fee to return a $29. 95 item (47% of the original price, not including what I already paid for taxes and shipping). I tried to explain that this was an exchange because of sizing (I need the gloves for an upcoming trip), and I was told I'd need to swallow the handling fee and then order a new pair, incurring further shipping fees and essentially making the total cost of these gloves $62. 80 once all is said and done. I get having a restocking fee on orders of large, expensive equipment, but charging 47% of the original price of the item is robbery. As someone who has lots of BD equipment (skis, cams, clothing, shoes), this makes me rethink purchasing from them in the future."

"This is my second pair. The first one lasted several years! I use them for scrambling and also belaying. They are warm enough to provide a little comfort and fit great."

Poor fit.

"I tried several different pairs of these and each fit poorly. The fingers, especially the index and middle fingers, are much smaller than the hand part of the gloves. I couldn't get a refund so I kept them and wear on occasion, but they're fairly uncomfortable."

Perfect!

"WOW these are fantastic for small hands! I wanted them because I wanted something that had some grip, but wasn't bulky . . . . But fit well it's very very hard for me with my short small fingers and small hands to find gloves just to wear generally in winter. These fit perfectly! They are snug, I ordered small, but I know they will stretch to be a bit more comfortable. Very happy with these."
