"These poles replaced my old ones. maybe not the lightest ones, but feels really solidly. I use these not only for skiing, but trail running. I was afraid they are too heavy for it, but not at all. Maybe not the best choice for ultras, but casual trail runs - easy."

"I used these Splitboarding the other day and was quite pleased with these poles. The locking mechanism is solid and not too difficult to adjust with thick mittens. Unfortunately, I have to remove the baskets when packing the poles in my bag for descents. I haven’t yet figured out the basket situation; the baskets look like the screw on and seem to stay in place, but I’m nervous one is going to falloff, but so far so good."
