Great poles!

"Recently purchased these to replace 15 year old BD poles that are still going strong, but wanted something lighter. These definitely are what I was looking for! They're plenty light, durable and feel good in the hand. Five stars!"

My fav backcountry and Tele poles

"Lock mechanism is great, swing weight is great, grip is great, basket is great, strap is the only thing where I have improvement suggestions, but it’s great also!"

Thoughtful Design, Great Swing Weight

"Love these poles! Lightweight design, comfy grips (though I really prefer the old-style Scott "race" grips, if I had a choice for next year's design), and I love the break-away release on the straps for shoulder / wrist safety. The flick-lock locking mechanism on the poles works FAR better than the competition, in my experience - no slipping. GREAT DESIGN. I wish they came standard with proper powder baskets as, let's be real, the only reason I ski the backcountry is to access untracked pow where they are preferable. (I ordered a set, which was no big deal, but the powder baskets will live on these in perpetuity now. ) Most importantly, as noted in the subject header, the swing weight is wonderful. I don't feel like I'm fighting the pole / lugging a huge branch each time I prep a pole plant - they are effortless to use. I also like the "touring ring" which is a super nice, streamlined feature for the uphill pole when skinning across a hill or boot packing straight up without going overboard on a foot-long foam pad, tape, etc. Overall, these are a really well-designed product that do what they say they do, are lightweight, feel good your hands, and appear to be solid / durable so they'll last for seasons to come. Psyched on these poles! Again, my only requests for next season would be racer "Scott-style" world cup grips for comfort, precision, and performance and proper powder baskets as a standard feature (or selectable option when ordering). Everything else is 100% on the money! Go, Team BD! Job well-done! :)"

"The Razor Carbon Pro is a light weight ski pole and the handle is not bulky so I can wrap my small hands around them. Very easy to adjust."

Stephanie D. (5/5)

Not sharp but definitely a pole

"Very light and easy to adjust. Perfect combination of a light pole with a solid grip and medium sized basket."

Dakota G. (5/5)

I Love these Poles!

"I bought them to replace the older version - which are awesome (I keep a set of ski gear at the patrol room) and the new ones are just as wonderful with an improved locking mechanism."
