"I'm 5'3", 130lbs, and went for a M over S for a more flowy fit. I find most shirts to be either too long or too cropped and this was a perfect middle ground, hitting just above my hips. It is sturdy, not too see-through, and stylish. It does wrinkle a bit but is otherwise an excellent shirt."
"I followed the size guide and ordered two shirts in XS. The fit was great overall, except through the shoulders—they were a bit too tight for my broader build. I ended up exchanging them for a size Small, which fits much better. It’s slightly roomier, but overall a more comfortable fit, and I’ll be keeping them. That said, there are a couple of areas where Black Diamond could improve the customer experience: First, the exchange process shouldn’t be so costly. I had to pay a fee to return the XS shirts, even though I was simply exchanging them for the same item in a different size. I understand restocking fees for returns, but charging customers who are making a size exchange feels unnecessary and discouraging. Second, the return instructions included in the package are confusing. The printed sheet says an RA code is required, but the website states that an RA code is not required. Clear and consistent return instructions would make the process much smoother. Overall, I’m happy with the pricey shirts themselves, but the exchange and return process could definitely use some improvement."
