"I wanted a midweight glove, and these are heavier/thicker than I was expecting, but I decided to keep them. They're stiff and challenging to put on, but I know they'll break in with time and use. I wore them for a mountaineering trip, and they worked well on a cold/windy mountain. I had to switch to lighter gloves to do tasks that required dexterity, but otherwise I kept these on."
