THE FINISH IS OVERRATED. THE START IS ONLY THE BEGINNING
But the space between, where the miles and moments become an ocean between the waves, that’s where the magic happens. The experience waits in the distance.
Made for long days on the move.

"This pack is so great, I feel like anyone doing long days in the mountains needs this pack. It's a great mountain bike pack as well as a run pack. So many great pockets and features with this pack and can fit plenty of water."
"The biggest question mark for me with this pack was the size — would it be too big for shorter missions? Happy to report that it's great. There is ample space for lots of stuff (puffy, raincoat, snacks, extra shoes etc), but it works fine not totally packed too. Fits nice and snug against the body and doesn't flop around if not full. The chest pockets are great (finally something that fits a modern day iphone!), the chest straps strike a perfect balance of snug but not suffocating, and this pack really seems to have been designed w a women's body in mind in terms of how the backpack straps fall on the chest. I was also really impressed with the trekking pole attachment system. I watched the video on the BD website and honestly learned nothing from it, lol, but on trail I figured it out. The system is pretty intuitive. Again, no flopping around, the poles stay nice and snug against the pack. This is definitely a new favorite!"
"Wore this pacing for the Bigfoot 200 and it easily fit all the required gear plus everything I needed."

The redesigned harness system on our Distance packs reduces bunching by extending all the way to the backpanel, and incorporates Stitch-less Edge Taping technology (soft, flexible edge binding on the 4L) allowing for superior fit and comfort.
