Great product, silly price, poor customer experience
"The product works as expected, but the company wouldn't send me this as a one-time courtesy, even though it costs them less than a dollar to make. I would have happily paid for shipping, but they still charged me for both. 4 stars for the product. 1 star for the customer experience."
