"They got everything right. Some of my favorite bits * the spreader bar has a small diameter and is aluminum * different spacing between rungs. In general, you step into one of the bottom three and place your next piece from the top three, and then there's a larger gap between them. * the fourth and fifth rung have an elastic strap below it to help the ladder keep its shape."
