"As a guide, I have used this on climbing days and day hikes, it is perfect for what I do. Love the top pockets for organization of smaller gear, and the large main part of the bag holds all the bigger gear I need. Even the hip supports have place for gear, which is perfect for my water on hikes! Overall, a great lightweight pack for guiding and personal adventures!"
"Very first day using this pack on normal trails and conditions and it developed a tear in the base! Less than 20lb load, set it down on rocks and it had contact with trees, both of which should be very normal wear/activities, and found the pictured gash. Very disappointed."

"Bag fits everything I need for a day climbing. Not the most durable bag if you rub it against rock too much. Took it on a canyoneering trip and it got some holes from rubbing through the slots. "Black Diamond's Speed Packs provide everything I need and appreciate in a trad pack without any unnecessary fluff 'n' stuff added. I'm a tall man with a short torso, and the smaller size sits nicely, even while wearing a harness and climbing multipitch routes. The pack also carries a rope nicely, with five compression straps keeping it in place. While I haven't used this pack for skiing, I can strongly recommend it for all-day climbing adventures."
