My Favorite Backcountry Crampons

"These crampons have been great to help me ski in Tuckerman’s Ravine! Super sturdy and confidence inspiring, just wish the ankle strap was a little shorter."

Neve pro cram pjs

"Super durable and extremely light weight! We’re super easy to put on our in the hills side and helped getting up to some super cool lines well out ski touring !"

Neve Pro

"Super easy to adjust to my boots (K2 Mindbender) and fold up easily back into the bag and pack relatively small. Only used in a controlled setting so far but I am confident in using them later this season."

Liam B. (5/5)

Easy to use and setup

"Everything works great! Straps onto my ski boots nicely, would recommend getting them setup before you go out into the mountains. But that should be a given for all extreme sports gear."

Toe bail did not fit scarpa F1

"Toe bail did not fit Scarpa F1 boot. I’m wondering if there are replacement for touring boots?"

Ryan (2/5)

Amazingly light

"Ive used these on a single ski mountaineering mission to Mt Shasta. They fit my Dynafit ski boots well. Did a great job in moderately hard snow/ice. Incredibly light. They did NOT fit my mountaineering boots that do not have a front bail, which was a bummer. . ."

Adrian H. (4/5)

Extremely User-Friendly

"The best balance of pack-friendly, user-friendly, and high-performing in steep/hardpacked sections of snowpack while ski mountaineering. The adjustability to fit the boot sole length and sole height is quite fine and works great for my ski boots (scarpa maestrales). Best use case is certainly not ice/mixed climbing, for which vertical frontpoints would be extremely preferred, so YMMV. Otherwise, the Neve Pro covered all my bases for performance at a weight that I hardly noticed in my pack."

Mitchell L. (5/5)

Great Ski Mountaineering Crampons

"Super light and packable with a great carry bag, hard to find any fault with them if you are looking to move quickly in moderate terrain."

Jacob F. (5/5)

Very light, very packable

"Great crampons, super lightweight. The updated lock for the heel is easy to use compared to older models. And they look really sweet."

Nathan B. (5/5)

Perfect fit

"I bought the Neve crampon for my Tecnica Cochise touring ski boots, and they fit perfect and are exactly what I was looking for ski mountaineering. Ultra light, and durable. The capable connector is flexible but holds up to repeated bending. The heal level has adjustability that helps dial in a precise and tight fit. Excellent product, thank you BD!"
