The sizing and fit of the jacket is consistent with other brands and at 5’10” 190 lbs the L fits me perfect. DB Dry seems legit and passed my “couple full cups of water” test! I’m looking forward to my 25/26 season running the Recon LT Stretch. 4 stars on delivering a quality and good fitting product. I’m hoping for a 5 stars performance!"

"I primarily have used this jacket as an emergency shell for backcountry skiing. I also used it quite a few times for alpine resort skiing. It's a really good weight to add to your pack when you don't know if you'll hit inclement conditions. It's light enough to pack away, but heavy enough that it offers some actual protection, unlike a lot of more ultralight shells. I've been a big fan of BD. Dry membranes for a long time. I think the material does a good job of mixing weatherproofing, breathability, mobility and reasonable cost. This jacket is a great use of the material."
