Amazing jacket

"Super light yet incredibly warm, bought to replace 15 year old North Face jacket that I loved but this one is so much better!"

Hillel W. (5/5)

"Started pilling from the first wear"

Ian (2/5)

Soothing comfort to make your sufferfests less-so

"There is no better midlayer (and I've nearly tried them all). It's warm and wind resistant but still breathes well enough that sweat doesn't build up. I have 4 of them."

evan d. (5/5)

Great Performance/Poor Quality

"This hoody is a mixed bag. Pros are this is functionally the best piece of active insulation that I have ever used, it has a nice cut and it looks great. The cons are that the material is not durable/not made for an alpine environment and it's way too expensive. If you can get one of these for 50% off and don't mind repairing it frequently, then I would recommend it, otherwise you may want to look elsewhere."

Robert (3/5)

Nice Jacket

"It is so light and very warm"

Paul H. (5/5)

Warm, breathable, and comfortable

"This hoody has been essential for keeping me warm in subzero temps - whether on the skintrack or roaming town. The flax color looks great."

Gino G. (5/5)

this thing is awesome its

"this thing is awesome its durable light and suprisingly warm i truly love this thing"

Liam A. (5/5)

the one I grab for everytime

"I've purchased (3) of these over the past 5 years. Why three ?!? Because it's my go-to top for insulation and comfort (w/silky smooth lining) and most applications: walking, hiking, running. . . As a mid-layer, it's replaced all others - sweaters, pile tops, flannel shirts used for layering, etc. Usually I'm fine simply wearing a T-shirt, this hoody and a down parka. Family members have tried like kind products from Northface, Arcteryx, Patagonia etc. saying I'm sick in love and this is a fetish I'll out grow, but until then. . . this is the one I grab for everytime."

Tim E. (5/5)

Amazing for cold, central Canadian winters!

"I'm not sure what sorcery went into the creation of this jacket, but it is magical! I run outside during cold Manitoba (central Canada) winters and the First Light 2. 0 Stretch Hoody does a remarkable job of keeping me warm. On Dec 21, 2025, I ran four miles in -20C conditions and this piece of kit blew my mind. It works better than anything else I've tried, to date. I'm 6'2", 180 lbs and I wear the small First Light 2. 0 Stretch Hoody (Midnight Blue)."

Toban D. (5/5)

Purchased 1… Now I own 3!!!

"My go to daily and adventure jacket. Performs as an outer layer in cold and sunnier conditions. Inner layer when conditions get frosty. I own 3!!"
