Mens Alpine Light Pants

"These are my favorite climbing pants and I own several pairs of them. They are nice and stretchy so they move with you. They have ankle cinch cords so you can gather the bottoms to better see your feet when making moves. They are really long lasting as well. My only complaint is they need a better phone pocket because the pockets are under the harness and you cannot easily use them."

Amazingly light and fantastic fabric, funny sizing

"These are so thin and light and yet have held up remarkably well to quite a lot of alpine climbing and rambling. The perfect hot weather fabric for climbing. The sizing, however, could be improved. I tried the 32" and the waist and butt were snug, so I moved to the 33" and the fit was better, but the legs are significantly more baggy (not the best, particularly with crampons or wanting to see one's feet while climbing)."

Perfect Combination of Protection and Lightness

"Took these out for late spring white mountain climbing in New Hampshire. 60’s at the bottom and 40’s with 30mph wind guts in the alpine zone. Pants worked great from base to the summit. Comfortable, flexible, enough wind and water resistance to stand up to some light rain and high wind gusts. Can recommend."

Get for long legs perfect summer pants

"I find many companies struggle with the tall skinny dude size but these are great. I'm 6'2", 190 and have 34 inch inseam. Size 34" is spot on for length. Thanks BD!"

Excellent summer pants

"These are an amazing, super light, stretchy pant. I use them for climbing and hiking when I want protection from sun, rock, etc. their stretch is amazing for dexterous rock climbing movement. Make no mistake - these are NOT alpine climbing pants. There’s no snow protection - the material wets out instantly, and the ankle cuff allows snow in. Not a problem for sunny rock days. I kind of wish they made this pant with a big, elastic ankle cuff for hot spring ski days."

Great Climbing Pants for Big Alpine Days

"These pants are very well designed. Features distilled down to what you need on the wall. Pockets are perfectly placed. Really good cut."

Great Adventure Pants

"Light weight, so better for warmer excursions or I imagine rock climbing. The zipper pockets are great and are a nice size. Comfortable with a harness, the belt feature works well and is low profile. My go to hiking and SAR responder pants."

Get rid of the zipper front pockets

"Been wearing these pants for almost a decade and I can't wear these because the zipper rubs the back of my hands every time I put my hands in the pockets. Bring back the OG design."

— Alex (1/5)

Bombproof, do-it-all pants

"Put these through a three-week Grand Canyon rafting trip—wore them nearly every day. Constantly soaked, but they dried fast and never felt heavy or clammy. Handled everything: Great sun protection, cut the wind even when wet. From bushwhacking and stream crossings to six miles hiking in the Havasu River, plus technical slot canyons—swimming potholes, wading all day—they never missed. Comfortable, breathable, and somehow stayed looking clean. After three weeks of abuse, they still look brand new. Durable, versatile, and easy to live in. Fit was on point for me. . maybe a little slim at first, but broke in nicely and are very comfortable."

— Greg B. (5/5)

Great pants for climbing

"Really like these because they are really stretchy and great for climbing. What I don’t like is the front pockets, the zippers are designed in a way where putting your hands in the pockets feels horrible. They also are a little short on me. I’m 6’3” and got a size 34"
