The wound dynex filament core is finished with a dynex/nylon blend sheath, making it extremely durable and abrasion resistant. It should be noted that the strength of this cord lies in its infinity construction, so it shouldn’t be cut and re-tied.

"There’s so many applications for this one piece of gear. The infinity cord is great for anchor building, hard to reach places since it conforms to the shape you make it. and also good for natural anchors and trad climbing. It folds down nice and compact on your harness. Immense breaking strength. 1000% will buy another one. The 180cm is my favorite length. The 240cm is nice but a little long. Could be great for a three point trad anchor though."
"The perfect sling/cord doesn't exi. . . . . . . This stuff is like magic. Super light and packs down to nothing and is relatively easy to undo knots after they have been loaded, given the thin diameter of the cord. I have two 240's and 2 120's, they have more or less replaced other slings and even 'power cord' in my kit. BD nailed this one. Photo of my partner using it as a rappel extension."
"I took my 180cm Infinity cord up a multi pitch today and it was perfect. The knots practically undressed themselves at the end of the climb, I loved it! Taking out the overlap stitching made setting up the anchor just that extra bit easier. All in all I will be buying these for a long time!"
"The connected ends are less obtrusive than typical flat runners. They are also lighter while just as strong. I also like not having to pay attention to how the material lines up for knots etc since it round rather than flat."
"I used it on my trip to GUNKS, it was super light and because of the stiffness, it's very easy to untie after heavy load. I used it as quad and rappel extension, and I'm very satisfied. It is just slightly heavier than a sling at the same length, but it looks more durable and abrasion resistant. And it was made as a loop, no hard part, you have one less thing to worry about. Will recommend it to everyone."
""Infinity Cord" is somewhat misleading as there is a bartack on it. It is smaller and less significant than on standard slings but is present nonetheless. I personally find this cord easier to work with than standard slings and it is less bulky on my harness."

"A nice balance between have a 240 dyneema or a giant quad. Tough enough I'm not as nervous with sharp edges, packs down almost to the size of a 240 sling and a lot more efficient on the rack than a cordelette quad. Also the trick where you can "milk" it, and make it rigid is super cool, especially if you're trying to thread it though a natural constriction or chokestone for anchor building. A very nice piece in my anchor building arsenal."
