A stowable z-pole design makes the Expedition Compactor ideal for splitboarders who prioritize efficiency in the backcountry.

Flick Lock locking mechanisms make the length easy to fine-tune, and both a PH3 screwdriver bit and a 1.5mm hex bit are hidden in the shafts for field repairs in a pinch. Extended EVA foam grips, a straight-edge grip scraper, and a tactile rubber “beak” for quick binding adjustments on the skin track all contribute to the simple yet useful feature-set of the newly redesigned Expedition grips. Girth-hitched straps are easy to remove if you choose.

Breaks down small, stiff enough

"I bought these for ski powered paragliding, with a skin in, ideally a flight down with the poles in a pack, and optionally with a ski down if the air doesn't cooperate. They break down nice and small. Less stiff than a 2 piece pole, but totally adequate for average back country skiing. Being able to adjust the cable tension on the fly is awesome."

Light, durable, AND cute !

"Super easy to use and the color is even better in person. I’ve only been out with them a few times but I’m pretty rough with my gear and they held up !"

Olivia M. (5/5)

Perfect Zpoles

"Quality is on point, much better than most I have used. Light weight, super compact, great for hiking and split boarding."

Adam B. (5/5)

Great split board poles

"They have a sturdy and proven design. They are light weight. The baskets can be a little tricky to get on. Grips work well."

Matt B. (5/5)

Great poles

"Overall great poles. Pretty light weight and packable. A bit more flex than I would prefer but still a good pole."

Michael T. (4/5)

Great color

"So far so good. Ive used them just a handful of times and have put a lot of pressure on them and they are still straight"
