"Let me help because BD won’t. Do not measure your lower ribs the vest come nowhere near them. Measure your chest, I’m 6’1 210lbs and 43 inches chest and a large is my size. I ordered a medium and that thing hardly fits. The bag itself is awesome and preform very well"
