"I had to buy two pairs of shoes because the first ones even though they were my size did not fit. They refuse to exchange or refund and I thought, ok maybe it was my mistake. The second ones even though they are bigger than my size also did not fit, I’m not talking about uncomfortable which is expected of these shoes, I’m talking about unable to even walk the first steps. Customer service refused a refund in each case. I was warned while researching online that Black Diamond has A LOT of complaints for incorrect sizing, and I should have listened. This company made the shoes incorrectly and now is trying to sell them. A company with a good product takes care of their customers and owns their mistakes, as a business owner I can tell you that. This is just a fraudulent dumping of defective product. I will make sure I let all the people I know in the sport never to support a company like this."
