Veuillez noter : Durée de vie des coinceurs Ultralight (UL) - Veuillez noter que le noyau Dyneema utilisé dans les Camalots Ultralight a une durée de vie utile d'environ 10 ans à compter de la date de fabrication. Tout coinceur UL ayant atteint ou dépassé cette période peut être jugé impropre à la réparation et vous être retourné sans service.

Votre coinceur réparé aura une sangle de couleur assortie, mais elle peut avoir un aspect ou une texture légèrement différente de la sangle d'origine. Cela est dû au fait que la sangle a une durée de vie. Black Diamond ne stocke pas les sangles utilisées sur les anciens coinceurs, et à mesure que nous épuisons nos stocks, nous passerons aux styles de sangle actuels. Veuillez prévoir jusqu'à 1 semaine pour une réponse contenant votre AR, et un délai de traitement de 4 à 5 semaines pour votre demande de réparation de coinceur.
