For the trail, the garden and dinner out

"These pants fit incredibly well and are comfortable and flattering. Not often found all together. Also, the strong material and double panels make them perfect for sitting on rocks, dirt or even a comfy chair! As an older woman (50s) it is hard to find pants that hit all the right notes and these definitely playing my song."

using these pants for trail work, super happy!

"I am a trail worker who spends her weeks at work backpacking 60+ miles, cutting hundreds of trees, climbing over logs, moving boulders etc. ! Point is, my work is hard on clothing! These pants have been great; not as hot or stiff as normal canvas work pants but hold up much better than hiking pants, and flexible enough to move in. My only note is that the sizing seems to run very small? I'm usually an 8 in pants and got a 12 in these, which is the largest size available. The 12s fit perfectly. I'm just glad my hips aren't any wider otherwise I guess I wouldn't be able to have a pair of these pants. Ordering another pair because I am stoked on them!!"

Didn't stop wearing them. . .

"From the evening they arrived, I wore them for several days while traveling. Now, one of my fav regular wears, thanks BD! Keep up the good work. . ."

AWESOME Pants

"Black Diamond got these right. I love the fit, the color, the pockets, and that the pants are 98% cotton. I bought them in a size 2, and think they fit a little larger than expected, but not to the point of being oversized. I will be buying them in more colors."

Pants I like

"These are fun. I can wear them to work and to go climbing. I did find them to run a little big. I should of gotten an 8 or maybe one size down further."

Comfy and perfect fit, not very durable

"Love the fit and stretch of these pants. They wore in quickly after a week in Indian Creek, and I was a little disappointed with the durability. Still my go to Carhart-esque pants."

If this is a relaxed fit. .

"I read the reviews and the measurements and material info closely before ordering. But they’re short in the inseam and I couldn’t zip or button them for fear I’d damage them, so I’m sending them back. If you have straight hips and no belly, these could be the pants for you. I was sure size 8 would work. I don’t feel confident that replacing them with the 10 will work either. This was my first Black Diamond clothing purchase so I don’t know what to expect but I’m disappointed."

Smaller than expected

"First thing I thought was these are small fitting. Had looked at size chart & ordered for my measurements. Not sure I’ll keep, as I’m worried they will shrink when washed & that next size up will be too big. Love the green color though."

Joey (3/5)

Run small at the waist, but great

"Once I got the right size I was very happy, but had to order a 6 when I’m typically a 2"

Best pants ever

"These have become my favorite pants to wear. I have them in 2 colors and wear them all the time. Perfect amount of stretch and structure. I’m 5’2” and they aren’t too long."
