"The Black Diamond Pursuit Trekking Poles have been excellent. They feel sturdy and dependable without being overly heavy, and the cork grips remain very comfortable even during long hikes. The adjustment system is quick and secure, so changing the length on the trail is easy. My only complaint is that the bottoms got a little banged up and worn after that hike. I expected them to hold up a bit better in that area, especially after just one tough outing. Overall, I'm still happy with them and would recommend them, but I hope the durability can be improved."

"I’ve been extremely happy with the Black Diamond Pursuit Trekking Poles. They strike an excellent balance between comfort, durability, and reliability on the trail. The ergonomic cork grips are one of my favorite features. They feel natural in my hands, even during long hikes, and the foam extensions make it easy to change hand positions when climbing steep sections. The FlickLock adjustment system is solid and secure—I never had to worry about the poles slipping, even when putting a lot of weight on them during descents. These poles are made of aluminum, so they’re not the lightest option available, but that extra weight gives me confidence in their durability. "I am entry level and wanted a little bit of an in between entry level and more “advanced” pole. I think these fit the bill perfectly. I have used them 3 times now over 50+ miles and they haven’t let me down. I do wish it had instructions for removing the tips because I did not see any I also think they could have some on board storage for the extra tips in the poles themselves but these things don’t affect the quality or the review by any means."

The cork grips are lightweight and the straps are extremely comfortable. Add in basket and tip options and you have a winner!"
