Founded by BD athlete Alex Honnold in 2012, the Honnold Foundation partners with marginalized communities to expand equitable solar energy access. Black Diamond has been supporting the Honnold Foundation for the past 6 years with our Honnold Signature products. A portion of proceeds from the sale of each product goes directly to the Honnold Foundation and their solar energy access projects.

"The harness isn’t lime green as pictured. Also the harness isn’t that comfy."
"I am very happy with this harness because I considered extremely comfortable and specially light. I like the difference in colour about the sling green and the subjection for the leg and the waist. About material holder, I like or put 5 stars to the right, and maybe in my opinion, the left side is a little away or it is less comfortable than the right side. Both legs subjection are perfect and comfortable! And the buckle is too practice. Weist subjection is really excellent. I recommend this harness to my friends and students. My apologies for my basic English, definitely it is an excellent harness."

"Love the harness so far. The only thing I'd complain about would be the absences of legs straps or adjustability in the legs. I know Black Diamond has other options that have such amenities, but I would like to see leg straps on the men's Solution harness - Honnold Edition."

"I use this one primarily for the gym so I don't really need all the loops, but it's very lightweight and comfortable to belay and hang from. The single speed buckle is very convenient. I don't need or like adjustable leg loops, and my thighs are pretty meaty but there's no problem fitting into these. I'd also be happy to take them outdoors but I like the clean green look so they're staying as a gym harness for now."
