Also for the ladies

"I wanted something more boxy and roomy for my rain shell so I could adjust layers underneath and this really fit the bill. I have the female fit fineline shell, so I knew this would be good quality and the color is on point. Now if I could just get some weather to test it out…"

Stayed Dry

"The jacket performs well in the rain and is lightweight. Fits as expected. Should do well with a puffy underneath. Looking forward to having this for years to come. Would like to see a rain jacket with more of a soft feel on the inside rather than current inside material."

— Lisa J. (4/5)

The perfect mix of protection,

"The perfect mix of protection, weight and comfort. The wheat color is a bit darker irl than the photos."

Protection in the storm

"This shell kept me protected from rain and sleet in steady mid 20mph winds and 40+mph gusts on a 14er in Colorado. Lightweight and nice shell to have in the daypack if the weather is on edge."

— Christopher P. (5/5)

Past season bonanza

"The same performance that you expect from Black Diamond in a color that I actually prefer to this year‘s selections. The best thing yet is that I managed to get it at a discount. Double win."

— Jeffrey T. (5/5)

Great for serious weather

"I used this almost everyday for my 215 mile Iceland crossing the others in my group all had leaks and wet clothes and I stayed nice and dry! During the dust storms it kept me nice and warm and didn't get dust inside. I love this jacket!"

— Rob H. (5/5)

I really liked the fit.

"I really liked the fit. Runs true to size, I could wear it stand alone and over all my other layers and it still fit. No issues at all with the waterproofing and the under arm zips allowed for great ventilation during ascents. Absolutely love this product!"

— Divan R. (5/5)

Efficient for 1 month only

"I needed a rainjacket while I was biketouring in Europe, I got recommended this one by an outdoor shop, it was fantastic at first but after 1 month of use it started inflitrating water from the shoulder stich and arms, making me soaking wet in harsh environment, (paid 180 euro there), pretty disappointed, I tought black diamond was a good brand, I guess their quality control is not optimal. . . ."
