"Perfect for those early morning backcountry missions, when you know it's going to warm up. Very light weight and just warm enough to keep the cold out while skinning up. I'm 6' and almost 200 lbs the fit is snug around the middle but stretchy and comfortable."

It's thinner in the sleeves and back for breathability, and synthetic insulation in the front chest. It really works and it blocks wind fairly well when running but lets the rest breath. Have been wearing this as a layer piece down into the 30's, lower than that and would have to up to a thicker fleece. Overall great purchase."
