"Has worked great for me so far. The lamp is very bright and the different modes provide flexibility. The red lens is a good brightness as well. It’s relatively light, and isn’t uncomfortable to wear. The charger being outdated hasn’t been an issue for me personally, but it would be nice to have USB-C instead of the Micro-USB."
"I've had this light for years and have used it camping, hunting, for SAR operations, and around the house. I just bought a few more, one for a gift and another for me to have laying around. Good beam/brightness options, long battery, light weight. Only thing wrong with this light is that the charging port needs to be updated to USB-C. Update the charging port and this is a 5-star light."

"I like these black diamond headlamps so much. Something about the way they do the headband makes it very easy for me to adjust to my head. Lamp tilt down and can shine in my path. The dimming feature can get a nice dim, white light. Or the full bright is exceptionally bright. I use this when I'm backpacking. I like that the rechargeable option will work with my battery pack so that I don't have to carry spare AAA batteries anymore."
