"I Wanted to get the helmet since its introduction. The proposition of a hardshell that resembles the cooler MTB designs more than the older military like lids of decades past just hit me in the right spot. Other helmets are clearly more delicate and won't last the abuse of outdoor climbing. Sadly, sizing is terrible for this one. I ordered an S/M following the stated measurements. It was basically imposible to fit, even with the head-cinch on its larger setting. Also, the chin straps were insufficient for my head/face, making it almost imposible to close and very uncomfortable to my earlobes. Helmets are non returnable items, so I had to sell that first one and order an M/L. That one is too big, even with it cinched all the way closed. But even worse, the straps still cut my ear lobes and no matter how much you fiddle with them, they simply can't be adjusted to be comfortable. Terribly disappointed. Wouldn't recommend the product."
