That's why the ReRoute Ascension Skins maintain the top-tier quality and performance you expect from Black Diamond. The ReRoute Ascension Skins have been hand reworked, and feature our tenacious Gold Label grip matched with smooth 100% nylon glide. Since these skins have been hand reworked you may notice some cosmetic imperfections in the glue, but we are using the exact same Gold Label glue you've come to rely on lap after lap. Climb with confidence, and descend with precision, knowing you have the best gear at all times. From one-lap dawn patrols to 10,000-foot days, the Black Diamond Ascension Ski Skins offer standard-setting traction on the uphill with efficient glide thanks to our plush material. Now available in fixed lengths, with pre-installed, redesigned tip and tail attachments, the Ascensions skins are intuitive and easy to use and feature our patented STS tail attachment system, which provides up to 10 cm of adjustability for using with different skis in your quiver or for easy tensioning. Redesigned low profile tip hardware prevents snow build-up under skins a wide range of modern ski tip shapes. We also gave the skins a pre-trimmed, bikini-style tail for reduced drag and weight.
