Jochen Reiser is the founder of the snowacademy. As a certified ski guide and ski instructor, he already dealt intensively with snow and avalanche studies during his studies in geography and sports science. He gave up his career as a professional freerider in favor of snowacademy. Jochen and his team of guides, all of whom are certified ski guides and active or former professional freeriders, are at your side during the Black Diamond Freetouring and Snow Safety Days with a wealth of experience, expertise and enthusiasm and will make your skiing experience perfect.

At the Black Diamond Freetouring Days you will learn how to find a suitable tour and route for you, how to find your way in the terrain and correctly assess the avalanche danger. The best thing about it: you can put your learnings straight into practice on a suitable beginner's tour. You will also receive practical tips and tricks for optimal skinning technique and how to use your equipment.
