The this year's Innsbruck IFSC Climbing World Cup will be held under the motto "CLIMBING IS COMING HOME". From June 24th to 30th, 2024, the Tyrolean capital will once again become the focal point of the global climbing scene.

Over seven thrilling days, World Cup competitions in bouldering, lead, and paraclimbing, as well as a Speed European Cup, will take place. This makes the Innsbruck World Cup the largest and most significant event on the international competition calendar. Over 400 athletes from more than 40 nations are expected to compete in this event. For many of them, the competition in Innsbruck will be their last opportunity to prove themselves and test their form before the Olympic Games.

Colin Duffy
Colin Duffy is a rock climber from Broomfield, Colorado. His passion for rock climbing began at a fitness center at age five. He later began climbing competitively and outdoors at age eight. Colin is a 10-time USAC youth national champion across all disciplines. He won gold medals in lead climbing at the 2017 and 2018 IFSC Youth World Championships followed by a silver medal in lead in 2019. In 2020, he won the IFSC Pan American Championships and became the fourth, and youngest member of the U.S. Olympic climbing team.
Colin also enjoys the freedom and spirit of climbing outdoors. His biggest outdoor accomplishment to date was a single day in the Red River Gorge when he sent both Pure Imagination (5.14c) and Southern Smoke (5.14c). Along with this, he’s sent numerous V13 boulders and has his sights set on several new projects.

Angelino Zeller
"Absolutely nothing is impossible in life, no matter how unrealistic it may seem!"
What sounds like a phrase for most people, is for Angelino the absolute motto of life. After a paragliding accident that left Angelino paraplegic and in a wheelchair, he also found his way into competitive sports. Angelino was already climbing before his accident, but now he is stronger than ever. This, even though he can no longer use his legs and has to rely completely on his upper body alone.

Oriane Bertone
Oriane Bertone is a French rock climber hailing from a small island, Reunion off the east coast of Madagascar. She now splits her time between Reunion and mainland Europe for competing and training. At 12 Oriane became the youngest climber to send an 8B+ boulder. In 2019 she started international competing and became Junior World Champion in lead climbing and bouldering.
Oriane entered the seniors category for IFSC World Cup competition in 2021 and burst on to the scene with a Silver Medal at the Meiringen Bouldering World Cup in Switzerland. She grabbed another Silver Medal at the SLC Bouldering World Cup and continued to be a fan favorite across the globe.

Chae-hyun Seo
Black Diamond athlete Chae-hyun Seo was born into the climbing life. Her parents own a climbing gym in Seoul, and by age 14, the South Korean phenom redpointed her first 9a—sending Bad Girls Club in Rifle, Colorado. Chae-hyun has also established herself as one of the top competitors on the World Cup circuit, winning the overall lead gold in 2019.
Chae-hyun still aspires to be an all-around climber, and routinely applies her champion-level skills to sport climbs and ice climbs around the world. In 2022, she climbed La Rambla—hitting the coveted 9a+ mark at just 19 years old—a glimpse of what the future holds.
