Rated 5 out of 5 by this glove is well built n seam like they will last But for keeping you r hands warm two stars.I work in a freezer that is -10 and these gloves don't keep my hands any warmer than a $20 pair of gloves.. but like I said well built, not to warm March 21, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by super warm, lacking superb dexterity these gloves are very very warm. they do require a lot of "breaking in". The removable insert allows you to wedge a hot hands in between outer and inner glove for more warmth. March 20, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Top Performer I used these at Beaver Creek, CO in a driving blizzard and the next day in sun. They broke in quickly and were comfortable in temps from 15 F to 40 F. Maybe a little warm at 40 F. (It never dropped below 15 F but they were plenty warm. Now I use them to snowblow and work outdoors - very tough leather glove. March 19, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by High quality but don't work miracles Great gloves - the fit for my hands is excellent and allows the desired feel for alpine ski pole use. They do require one's hands generate a minimal amount of heat in order to stay warm, which mine sometimes don't. So for me these push the mitten temp down to 20 degrees F (for in-bounds, non-hiking ski days), which is an improvement. March 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great glove. I used these in BC on some cold, snowy days. They were great. Kept my fingers warm, and were sufficiently dexterous to handle gear issues. Cuffs fit over jacket sleeves to keep snow out. I liked the soft sections for runny nose issues. They appear to be high quality and I hope to have them for many seasons. They also look very cool. My new favorite gloves. March 14, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent construction and warmth I bought these gloves at a significant discount. They are very well made and very warm. They are too expensive if you are paying full price. The fit is snug. Consider sizing up, expecially if you plan to wear a thin liner underneath. The removable liner is an excellent feature. I use the shell with a lighter liner in warmer weather. Rated 5 out of 5 by Simply the best cold weather glove I've ever worn Warmth. Durability. Skiing, outdoor work, anything I do outdoors in the coldest weather. Have never liked mitts due to the loss of dexterity. Have never needed mitts since I've owned the Guide Glove. This is my second pair - first pair finally wore out after years of frequent wear (northern Ontario and Rocky Mountain winters). I find the size chart on the small side - calls for medium - I wear large. Simply the best... March 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Rugged, very warm and flexible These gloves are extremely warm going downhill in single digits and wind, protective while racing a bit and are very finely made and durable. Very high quality gloves, would recommend for just about anything requiring good winter protection. March 12, 2014
