Rated 4 out of 5 by Great Backcountry/Ski Mountaineering boot I have taken these boots out about 15 times since getting them about 3 months ago. These boots are light and super comfortable. I was worried the toe box would not be wide enough but after heat molding the boots fit great. I have climbed Ice/Mixed/Steep snow in them and the preform great and keep my feet warm. They are also plenty stiff for aggressive downhill run. The only negative is the BOA lacing system. It is clunky and does not add to the performance of the liner. To be functional the laces need to cross the top of the foot. Save weight and ditch BOA? March 7, 2014
