Rated 5 out of 5 by Reems Best Belaying Gloves I Have Used
The Crag Gloves are very versatile and work very well while belaying. Their only downfall is that after 2 weeks of constant use, you can see the wear and tear on the gloves. Other than that, these work like a charm and will take anything.

I bought the Crag Gloves to use during my Rock and summer Alpine Guiding, these in particular because they fit my hand well, most other gloves have too long of a pinky finger.
The stitching holding the velcro on the wrist came apart in the first couple days of use - less than 10 uses. I did a quick repair job but should not have had too, hence the lesser rating on this review. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the fit and feel of the glove.

Good glove for rope work or anything else when it's not too cold. Rugged, fits well. !!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Eric durable & comfortable
As a K9 Search and Rescue handler, I purchased these gloves to keep my hands protected from berry bushes, poison oak, brush and friction burns from the trailing lead, They are sturdy enough to take abuse, the mesh back keeps them cool and I still have a good feel for the line. If they work to reel in my lab, they should work well for your belay. Only down side, they do take a while to dry.

These are solid gloves, enough dexterity to do rope work, but also adequate for cool temps, I recommend them

Rated 5 out of 5 by Adam Excellent All Around climbing glove
I use this glove as a base layer year round on climbs; it has a great combination of durability and dexterity. Does not wear through like most base layer gloves, and it dries more quickly than full on leather belay gloves. Highly recommended.
