Rated 4 out of 5 by Alan from Great Mid Layer I am 6'2" 185 lbs and have a hard time finding coats that are long enough without being bagging. This hoodie fits me perfectly and is very comfortable. It is plenty long in the torso and arms. It is definitely a midlayer. The wind goes right through it. Which for high output activities works great to keep from overheating. Only drawback is the end of the drawstrings for the hood rub on my neck. Not a real issue but is annoying.

Rated 4 out of 5 by alex from pretty cool, some minor cons been wearing this hoodie for a few weeks now on the trail and in the office, and it's great-- a midlayer that fits slim and is warm, highly breathable, and not too thick to layer a bunch over it i got this for climbing, skiing, hiking, and an alpine trip I'm training for next summer. I've also run in it on a cold day and its appropriate for the office and even going out at night. zippers are randomly dope. didn't expect that. they're beefy and quiet. hood will stretch over a climbing helmet but are low profile enough to stuff under a bigger bike or snow helmet too to keep your brain warm. zips up to your chin and cinches well. some minor, minor cons (if you can call it that): it's a little long (got size S), which is fine since i'm 5'9 and <130lb but i have long legs/shortish torso so it does go a bit beneath my hips and rides up sometimes which can be an issue when climbing. normally this is fine since i can tuck under a harness, but then you lose access to the pockets which is a bummer. also no thumb holes but it's not a dealbreaker-- plenty of arm length to cut & sew your own. i did have an issue with the little plastic caps that snap onto the ends of the hood drawstring... it seems dumb but theres a tiny tiny little plastic hinge on the cap that ends up being sharp enough to irritate your neck if its not covered. some athletic tape and problem solved. wish it had a chest pocket but no complaints-- wasn't a feature! plus it was on mega sale so extra worth it. 4.5/5

Rated 5 out of 5 by michael from Exactly what I wanted Another great piece! Size M, 6'2", 170lbs fits me perfectly - trim (not snug), long sleeves and torso. Hood articulates well. Sleeve cuffs are tight enough to stay on your wrist but loose enough that it's easy to check your watch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by IceMonkey from Description discrepancy While probably insignificant to most people, be advised that zipper pulls are also black on this jacket (or at least the hooded and non-hooded jackets that I received), and not silver, as pictured. They look fine, but are different than described. Jacket is comfortable and looks good, but cannot comment on its performance yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by drewford from Great hoody Nice mid-weight for layering or spring/fall climbing. I'm 6'2" and a plus two ape-index and the large fits in the sleeves with room to spare. A bit snug across the chest (I'm a 42) but there's enough stretch to make it work.
