Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave from Replacement Bottom section for Traverse Ski Pole Black Diamond Customer service is the greatest! I called into C/S to ask for a bottom section shaft replacement for some older Traverse Ski Poles. Due to the age of the poles the correct part # was elusive. C/S waded through the details and came up with the correct part quickly, with email pictures. We narrowed down the poles, which were on my porch in 2 days. I will buy all my Back Country and Ski gear from Black Diamond from now on!! Thank You BD C/S!

Rated 5 out of 5 by timo from pole saver break a pole tip? tree well snag you in the backcountry? normally a big hassle--gotta buy a whole new set of poles. but not when you use BD expedition poles. simply buy a new lower extension, and you are back in gear in no time. without breaking the bank. simply slide the new extension into mid-section of your old pole, fix the length, snap down the BD clips--EASY! thank you, Black Diamond.

Rated 5 out of 5 by mark from Affordable replacement parts. Its great that black diamond offers these replacement parts for there poles and a such an affordable price. Seems like most companies these days just want you to buy new products and don't even offer parts. My poles have sentimental value because they were my late fathers so I wasn't willing to part with them. Thanks Black diamond for keeping it real

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gary from Best poles I have owned! I was really pleased that replacement parts were available. These are very sturdy poles. I was bummed when I broke the lower shaft and thought I might have to buy a complete set, but Black Diamond knows stuff happens and has spare parts.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Joseph from My expedition hiking poles have weathered through many miles of very tough use. I wore the aluminum around tips to a point that the carbide tips fell off. Was very happy to be able to replace the lower shafts and continue with my trusty poles.
