Rated 5 out of 5 by dan from great product! Overall great mitt. I wear them at the resort and hiking in the backcountry. They keep my digits warm and dry for the entire day. I had great dexterity and the mitts contoured my hands perfectly. They were not too tight as to get cold and they were not too sloppy as to feel limited in mobility/ dexterity. On a cold day at the resort (15degrees F), my hands did get surprisingly cold for having mittens. But now i know the lower limit of the mitts and know not to wear them in cold weather. For fair weather, they are the perfect mitt though. perfect. They are also very durable. I would buy them again and recommend them to others.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Andrew from Great Glove I really like this glove. One suggestion I would have to anyone buying this would be to snow seal it before you do anything. I made the mistake of working with it before I had applied snow seal and some of the leather stretched out due to being wet. Other than that it is really nice. The neoprene does a great job preventing snow from getting in the glove, and the straps. . . Well, I'm not sure why they are there. I think they just get in the way. Overall, I really am happy with this glove and would recommend it to others. I can do anything in this mitt that I would do with normal gloves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Will from Fantastic Mitt These mitts are amazing. They are the perfect balance of dry, warm, comfortable and durable. I skied yesterday in the Oregon backcountry in -5 degree conditions and had no issues with warmth, (I have very good circulation however) The cuffs seem small at first for the size but they fit perfectly when you get them on and I am sure that they will wear in nicely. the full goat skin leather is bomb proof and will last a long time if you treat them with Nikwax. I would recommend these mitts to anyone!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Lauren from Great Mitt I personally prefer mittens over gloves when outside skiing. This mitt is built more for the average winter day skiing (between 30-5 degrees F). The inside has a nice fleece inner glove so each one of your fingers has a slot. A great way to combine elements of a liner with the warmth of a mitten. The outer leather provides wind protection, durability and is waterproof (like all leather products, leather treat the glove to maintain the functionality of the leather).

Rated 3 out of 5 by Brian from Held up to 3 seasons but... These were awesome mitts for 3 seasons of ski instructing (around 30-40 days per season), but this season the stitching has started to come undone on one of the mitts which I stitched back up and then the stitching started to fail on the other hand (in pictures). Overall, a warm/waterproof mitt just concerned over long-term durability.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Nick from Great work glove... These are a great patrol glove. The only reason they don't get five stars, is that I find them not warm enough for the whole season and they tend to get wet from the inside out towards the end of the day. The durability has been fantastic!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hiking Colorado from Great Mitts Solid, Dependable, Comfortable. What more could you ask for from Mitts. I only wear these when the weather has gone really bad or when at altitude, so need to be able to depend on them. These Mitts live up tto the BD name.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Riff from Warmer than a finger glove, still dextrous I'm pretty happy with these, pretty warm for the weight and true to size. With a liner glove added they cover all the temps I'd see in the PNW. I got a second pair; decent all leather mittens without too many extras.
