Rated 3.4 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 1 out of 5 by Do not buy This lamp is unreliable; do not depend on it. By the third use, the lamp shut off with no explanation and henceforth only stayed on for about 60 seconds when restarted. August 26, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great lamp, as far as I can tell! I'm about to go on a 9 day backpacking trip into the Grand Canyon. I tested this lamp since there's a percentage of people who have problems with it. I put batteries in it and let it run for 12 hours, and it didn't have any problems. It did great! I was relieved. This lamp has some great features with the two settings. The lowest settings is fine for a solo backpacking trip for one person and it conserves battery usage. I was excited to get this lamp on sale as it's lightweight but has a lot of features. July 11, 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Not reliable. I bought 2 of these last summer for a week+ portage trip. Neither one stayed lit with for any amount of time. I was hoping to have camp lighting without having to rely on headlamps for our lighting. After several days and attempts to use the orbits, we didn't even bother trying to turn them on, we ended up using headlamps for everything instead. May 25, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Only Tentlight For 4 Months! Worked great, even in the cold, and never changed the batteries once! Packs up perfectly, no way to accidentally turn it on when its closed, hook system is effective and simple. April 19, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Perfect for me! I left my headlamp at home and just took this little lantern on a recent 152-mile trek. It's made out of a durable plastic, so it's lightweight, and the batteries remained strong for the entire 9-day trip. It was excellent for lighting up my two person tent and for night hiking. I love the triple settings of lantern, flashlight, or both. The lantern setting gives off a soft light perfect for mucking about the tent, organizing gear, & cooking. While looking over maps & reading, I set it to flashlight & hung it from the top of the tent. Since I don't think headlamps are that comfortable for more than a few minutes, I'm going to be sticking with this little lantern from now on! January 12, 2014
