New school design for an old school Hex.

Rated 3.6 out of 5 by 8 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Durable I wore my old version of this belt every day for at least 15 years. It was only barely showing signs of wear when I decided to replace it. Simple, durable in the extreme, not expensive. Get one. December 16, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by belt I have owned 2 belts in the last 12 years and was very happy. In sept. Ordered 2 new belts right away I noticed the belt about half as thick and a lot softer. After 3 weeks of use as thin and soft it is it is hard to unbuckel. I do not think I will get 5 years use like my last one. October 13, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great belt I've had one for 15 years, and it is just starting to fray around the buckle. I'm planning on buying another one to last me the next 15 years. October 11, 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by Cost Reduction --> Quality Reduction I recently bought a Black Diamond Hex belt to replace one I bought several years ago. While I liked the old belt, the new one is constructed with significantly thinner webbing, and because of this hangs sloppily at the end. I would not be inclined to buy another one. July 7, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great belt I bought this because it was on sale and I have one already. I really liked my first one so when it went on sale I got another. great belt. January 2, 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good belt, but narrower than I expected I like this belt but it is very narrow, a measurement on the website would be very useful. otherwise it is as described, works great for holding up pants. I really like the hex as a buckle. December 26, 2013
Rated 2 out of 5 by Rubbed Me the Wrong Way The Hex belt is lightweight and durable but the material is like sandpaper. I had two separate trips, once while mountain climbing and the other while backpacking when the belt rubbed up against my skin causing a nasty carpet burn on my lower back. If you're not wearing a pack, the belt is just fine but be careful with any type of backpack. December 23, 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good but not Great Useful belt. Hex fastener is a bit too small and awkward to fasten. Material of belt is serviceable. Would only use it for hiking, climbing, not for dress. November 1, 2013
