As advertised! This mitt is comfortable and wind proof. Not bulky so easy to keep handy in your pocket or pack until needed.

These mitts are super versitle. I use them for liner mitts while touring, for hiking and even cold-weather dog walking. They block all but the strongest gusts, even then I can barely feel breeze. The wind blocking membrane allows them to be fairly thin yet warm when in mitten mode. They are easily converted to fingerless gloves by popping the magnetic button and flipping the mitt covering. This allows for great dexterity while fiddling with clippy-things. The one improvement I'd suggest would be a way to expose the thumb, or possibly adding some grippy texture to the thumb tip. I haven't found this detail critical as the material is thin and tight enough to allow good dexterity, but nevertheless, this addition would complete an otherwise excellent mitten.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Michael Practical, comfortable and affordable.
Great product for working or for flexibility when outdoors and trying to keep your hands warm and fingers free. Great for working with the dogs or tying lines while patrolling. I enjoy the freedom and light weight feel of the gloves et the ability to keep warm at the same time. Very affordable for what you get!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Richard finger dexterity makes this ideal for winter photography
This is a very versatile piece of winter kit. The mitt is warm and when folded back, one can use your fingers for fine motor applications. I find this mitt/fingerless glove combo ideal for using photo gear. The magnet for folding the mitt back really works well.
