Reviews

Rated 4.3 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great for Skinning Up This glove is the perfect weight for skinning up and spring skiing. The leather on the palm and fingers is tacky enough to grip things well (e.g. ski pole and ice ax). Only con for me is that the finger length is a touch long for my fingers. Not a big deal but I notice it doing high dexterity tasks like closing quick clips, zippers and tying knots. I liked these well enough to buy a replacement pair. One glove had blewn away when I dropped it while digging a snow pit in in the wind. March 14, 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Almost Perfect Minimalist Glove Terrific light weight glove for anything freezing to 50. I cant think of a better clod weather biking glove. Sticky leather palms would be great for ice or alpine. There is,however, no thumb reinforcement gusset, so this wouldn't make the best belay/rappel glove. January 17, 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great all around glove For a general use glove, the pilot is great. It would be nice if it was more water repellant, and the pinky fingers (seem) to be cut extra long? I don't think that I have unusually short pinky fingers and have never noticed it in other gloves, but I guess it's possible. But enough about pinkies, the pilot gloves are great, but not quite the perfect all around glove. January 12, 2014
