Rated 5 out of 5 by Maxwell large, easy screw-lock
Im a firefighter, so the gloves make everything difficult and this is a very easy carabiner to use, at least at the station trying it out with my gloves on. I bought two, one for personal rescue and one for victim rescue, and the strength rating was very good. Its size allows for you to connect several ropes etc together if you need to, which is another key ability needed.

For a busy master point, big fingers, cold fingers, super-munters, and the like nothing beats this carabiner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Greg simple and sleek screwagate
A basic carabiner that does the job well. I use the screwgate version which is good for evrything.
Overall seems robust. after & year of abuse, it's still in OK shape.
Unfortunately not big enough for muti-pitch climbing. To setup a belay point, I need a 'main' biner big enough for 2 clove hitch knots (one on each rope), and another biner for my ATC. The rocklock isn't quite there in term of size.

My sons and I use the Rocklock carabiners quite a bit. We have never had an issue with them. We do a lot of rappelling and they hold up great.

Wife and I own about 15 of these and use them all over the place. Just a great all purpose locker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Alexander Good all around large carabiner
I use the rock lock carabiner as a belay biner or as a master point on an anchor. It is a good oversized biner that you can clip a lot of ropes into. I have given it a beating and it keeps on kicking. Awesome biner

Rocklock 'biners are a classic workhorse for climbing, rappelling, or any other rigging applications. Wide gate opening, no-frills design and moderate weight are all pluses.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JaredH Great 'biner at a great price
Great belay carabiner. The large size makes it comfortable and smooth. Lost a star due to the fact that the gate isn't quite as smooth and it doesn't seem quite as durable as my Petzl William. But the differences are so minor that I highly recommend it based on the value of the screwgate.
